How do I set up captioning on Zoom?

Instructions to enable captioning on Zoom:

1. In your Zoom account, go to Profile > Settings > In Meeting (Advanced). Ensure that "Closed Captioning" is enabled. Additionally, if you want to save captions for participants to have access to, enable that as well. See image below for reference: 

   

2. When your session is about to start, the captioner should be in the room a few minutes before the start time, and their display name will appear as "captioner" in it for you to be able to distinguish their role. Hover over their name in the Participants List and click: More > Assign to type Closed Caption" and you'll be set.
